New Membership Meeting Location
Beginning on June 21, 2011 and each 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM the monthly membership meeting will be moving to: Holly Hills Country Club **Please dress appropriately for the facility. Casual attire- No shorts or sloppy clothes. |
Great Wars Matches Scheduled
The schedule and information for this years Great Wars matches has been posted. Match dates are May 19th & September 23rd. You can find more information here.
New Member Safety Briefings
New Member Safety Briefings have been scheduled for February 24 and March 10th at 2pm. Please see the club calendar for more details.
As a reminder these briefings are only for members who have recently completed the membership process. In order to attend you must have received a welcome letter detailing the process and need to attend the briefing. If you have any questions please feel free to email membership@monocacypistolclub.org.
New Website Design
As you can see we have been hard at work updating our club web page. The new design is intended to be easier to navigate and find important club information. We have done a great deal of cleanup and moved much of the old content over to the new design. If you are unable to find information that was posted to the old website you may browse the old website here.. If you experience any problems with new site please email webmaster@monocacypistolclub.org.
Elections
Elections:
Elections will be held at the January membership meeting. The club needs individuals to fill the board positions. If you are interested in running please let any of the current board members know so you can be placed on the ballot. Absentee ballots will be sent out before the January match so everyone can vote, either in person or by mail/e-mail.
Upcoming Meeting Changes:
Please note the next two membership meetings will not be held on their normal tuesday nights. The location will remain the same however we will be meeting on wednesdays rather than the typical tuesdays. This change is only for January and February of 2013 as the country club will be closed on our typical tuesdays. The meetings will be 1/16 & 2/20.
