RSO Qualification Procedure

  1. Successfully complete a National Rifle Association Range Safety Officer Course.
  2. Attend an MPC RSO clinic to become familiar with operations and responsibilities of an MPC RSO. These clinics will be hosted by the CRSO or their designee on an as needed basis.
  3. Apprentice with, and be mentored by MPC Match Directors while running matches at MPC. The prospective MPC RSO must do this for at least six matches over no less than three months.
  4. The above procedure will be tracked on an RSO Qualification Tracking Sheet. When complete with a copy of the NRA Range Safety Officer Course certificate and the completed RSO Qualification Tracking Sheet, with all required signatures, The Membership Chairman will be notified and will enter the member as a Monocacy Pistol Club Range Safety Officer.
